Mindful. Such an interesting word. It’s definitely not a word I would ever use to describe myself. I’ve been working on myself for a while, I try to make better life choices every day, reduce stress, and be overall kinder, but I just don’t see myself as a mindful person. Not that I don’t wish to become the happiest and most balanced person, it’s just not something that I am naturally.

The book is written in a very user friendly way and has easy-to-follow steps, you’ll love it. I enjoyed it a lot that you get a small chapter for each day, it’s just perfect for my busy life.
The Mindful Vegan is a book that I will keep on my nightstand for a very long time, it’s something I can read over and over again. This book teaches about self-care, compassion, love and so much more. The Mindful Vegan is a truly unique book, that I feel will help a lot of people to move towards a new, more mindful living. Fingers crossed, I hope I will finally adapt a good meditation routine! 😉
