This is a very simple recipe but it just couldn’t get better. Salty new potatoes covered with lemony-garlicy-herby olive oil: my dream spring dish.
New potatoes are such wonderful vegetables, they only need a pinch of salt, some herbs and lemon to become the most delicious food. I would say it’s the perfect side dish, but I eat them as a main dish (for breakfast, lunch and dinner). These potatoes bring so many memories for me, we always ate them around my birthday when family and friends got together. It also meant good weather and the
almost end of the school. And it means of course super delicious food. So all my favorite things! ❤️

- Heat up olive oil in a large pan or wok and add potatoes. Cook for 5-10 minutes tossing occasionally until golden brown.
