Just again a small idea, I can’t really call it a recipe. It is pretty delicious though. Quick raspberry breakfast bowl!
This breakfast bowl is pretty similar to the one I showed you last time, the only difference is, that it’s not an overnight type now (you have to improvise when you forget to prepare your breakfast the night before).
I don’t even know if it’s a breakfast bowl or a smoothie actually, something between the two. You can add a little bit more coconut water and drink it out. Or use frozen berries and bananas and make an ice cream. Yummy!
The avocado, the almond butter and the banana makes it so creamy, just the perfect way to start your mornings.
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1 large handful of raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Place everything in a blender and mix until smooth. That's it. Enjoy!
