I am totally obsessed with guacamole. And this tahini and spirulina version is my new favourite. It’s such an easy andΒ comforting food and probably the best snack ever. I love to eat it with basically anything, on a toast, with tortilla chips and veggie sticks, and on a salad.
This here is what I callΒ superfood. Every ingredient is a superfood itself,Β so together they are just amazing for you. The avocados are full of fibre, vitamins, antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids, the tahini is an amazing source of calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium and vitamins, the spirulina is a complete protein food,Β rich in vitamins,Β antioxidants,Β omega-3 fatty acids, iron and many many more! Super delicious superfood!Β β€οΈ

Arrrgh…I don’t know what’s going on with my site lately, it’s super annoying! I think I’ve messed up something in my css and I couldn’t find the error yet, so it’s often down….but I’m working on it! And glad to have you back π
I love spirulina too! I can only have it in moderation in my smoothies, but I can eat a lot of it in my guac, hummus and salad dressings!

I made this yesterday, but without spirulina, I don’t have any. It was delicious, even my doughter ate some of it on bread and liked it.

I’m so glad to hear this!
The spirulina anyway doesn’t have a lot of taste in this recipe π

Okay, this is something that I have to try. Such an unusual mix, but I can totally see how they would work together. Nice job Evi!
