Yellow Smoothie
- 2 oranges, juice
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 tsp fresh, grated ginger
- 1 tsp fresh, grated turmeric
- pinch of cayenne pepper
Green Smoothie
- 1 green apple, diced
- 1 banana
- 2 kiwis, diced
- 2/3 cup of chopped kale
- handful of fresh mint
- 1 tbsp wheatgrass powder
Black Smoothie
- 1 cup of diced pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 – 1/2 tsp activated charcoal
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- For each smoothie place all ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth.
- Adjust consistency with water or coconut water and serve immediately. Enjoy!
