- 1 green apple
- 1/2 cucumber
- handful of fresh mint leaves
- handful of kale (or spinach)
- 1/3 cup of coconut water
- 1/3 cup of cold green tea
- ice cubes
- lime juice
Instructions
- Cut the apples, cucumber and kale into smaller pieces and add to a blender with mint, green tea, coconut water, ice cubes and a drop of lime juice. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
