Ingredients

- 2 beetroots
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime or lemon, juice
- 1 clove of garlic (optional)
- chili, salt, pepper
Instructions
- Peel beetroots and make noodles of them using a spiralizer or a grater.
- Smash avocado with a fork in a bowl, add minced garlic, lime juice and seasoning.
- Divide beets between 4-6 serving plates and top with the avocado sauce and fresh chili. Enjoy!

The recipe makes a delicious main for one or 4-6 small appetizers/snacks.
