Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 3 (roasted) bell peppers
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives
  • chili, salt, pepper


Instructions

  1. Chop the chives and shallot finely and add to a bowl.
  2. Add all the other ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Add the bean dip to the bowl and mix well together. Enjoy!
