Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can of black beans
- 3 (roasted) bell peppers
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp fresh chives
- chili, salt, pepper
Instructions
- Chop the chives and shallot finely and add to a bowl.
- Add all the other ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add the bean dip to the bowl and mix well together. Enjoy!
