- 300g red cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 1 pomegranate
- a small handful of sunflower seed
- For the dressing:
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 mandarine
- 1 lime
- ginger
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- Using a mandolin or a sharp knife cut the cabbage and the carrots very thin. Add them to a bowl with the sunflower seed and the pomegranate seeds.
- Mix everything well together for the dressing and pour over the salad. I highly recommend you to keep it in the fridge for at least half an hour before serving. Enjoy!
