- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp oat
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of carrot juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Place the cinnamon, chia seeds and the oat with the milk and carrot juice in a bowl and stir them well together. Cover the bowl and store it in the fridge overnight or at least a few hours.
- Once the mixture softened down take it out from the fridge. Add the peanut butter and the sliced bananas. You can sweeten it if needed. Mix well together. Enjoy!
