Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large cucumber, roughly chopped
  • 2 scallions, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup of fresh herbs, roughly chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 cup of water or vegetable broth
  • salt, pepper


Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in a blender, and process until completely creamy. Season with salt and pepper, and adjust consistency with more water, if needed. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
