- 2 cups of frozen green peas
- 2 cups of chopped kale
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt, pepper, chili
Instructions
- Add the olive oil and green peas to a frying pan and cook for about 3-5 minutes, so the peas are defrosted but not over cooked.
- Add the chopped kale, the crushed garlic and seasoning and cook for about one more minute.
- Put everything in a food processor or use a hand held blender and blend the vegetables together. I like to keep it a bit rustic, but you can blend it smooth too. Enjoy!
