- 1 honeydew melon, halved
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful of frozen mixed berries
- 1,5 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 lime, juice
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- for decoration: melon balls, lime slices, mint leaves, frozen berries, etc.
Instructions
- Scoop out seeds from melon then using a melon baller scoop out a few melon balls making sure to keep a bowl shape for serving.
- Add melon balls to a blender with frozen banana, berries, maca, mint and lime juice. Process until smooth.
- Pour smoothie/ice cream into each melon bowls, top with your toppings and serve immediately. Enjoy!
