- 200ml grape juice
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful of frozen raspberries
- 1 small beetroot
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- water or coconut water
Instructions
- Peel the beetroot and cut into small pieces. Put in a blender with all the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Add a little water coconut water if it would be too thick for you. Enjoy!
