Ingredients

  • 200ml grape juice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful of frozen raspberries
  • 1 small beetroot
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • water or coconut water


Instructions

  1. Peel the beetroot and cut into small pieces. Put in a blender with all the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Add a little water coconut water if it would be too thick for you. Enjoy!
