- 2 cups of chopped rhubarb (about 1/2 kg)
- 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup of chopped apple
- 1/2 lemon, juice
- 2–3 tbsp maple syrup
- pinch of vanilla powder
- 2 cups of water
- 3–4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Add everything to a blender and blend for a half minute.
- Pour the mix through a cheesecloth or a strainer to separate juice from pulp. Serve lemonade with ice cubes. Enjoy!
