Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 2 large bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp tahini
  • 23 Tbsp olive oil
  • 34 Tbsp water
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 limes
  • salt, pepper, paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°C. Wash the peppers and roast them for about 20 minutes. When they are black put them in an air-tight container and let them set for a while.
  2. Peel the peppers and put them in a food processor together with all the other ingredients and blend them until smooth. Enjoy!
