Ingredients

- 1 can of chickpeas
- 2 large bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 2–3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3–4 Tbsp water
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 limes
- salt, pepper, paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°C. Wash the peppers and roast them for about 20 minutes. When they are black put them in an air-tight container and let them set for a while.
- Peel the peppers and put them in a food processor together with all the other ingredients and blend them until smooth. Enjoy!
