Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
- 3–6 tbsp water
- lots of chili
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- Peel and dice mango and add to a blender with every other ingredient. Blend until completely smooth.
- Adjust consistency with water in needed. Enjoy!
