Ingredients

- 1 can of full fat coconut milk
- 2–3 tbsp coconut blossom syrup (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp agar agar powder
- strawberries to decorate
Instructions
- Place agar agar, coconut syrup and coconut milk to a small pot and bring to the boil then turn it down to a simmer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes whisking it constantly.
- Pour the mixture into 2 small silicon forms and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hour. Turn the puddings out into a plate to serve. Decorate with strawberries or fruit of your choice. Enjoy!
