I think most people can go along with the ideology of veganism. Nobody wants to cause suffer and pain, nobody wants to hurt animals, nobody wants to mistreat and enslave another living beings. Most people are true animal lovers, and have dogs and cats who are their family members. Most people probably also agree that from a dietary or nutritional standpoint a vegan diet is pretty beneficial. You know… veggies…. and stuff. And most people also care about the environment. We try to reduce our plastic usage as much as possible, we recycle and don’t run the water while brushing our teeth. We love to see the fair trade and cruelty free signs on products, and we don’t wear fur. Of course. Veganism sounds great, it really does. But it’s sooooo DIFFICULT in real life.
I’ve talked with a lots of people, and there is one thing I hear all the time: Veganism sounds amazing. But I could never do it. I don’t have the time to cook vegan food. I don’t even know how to do it. And it’s expensive. I actually perfectly get where these thoughts come from. Just go to the vegan section of a supermarket and things get super duper pricy. And what else is left? Grass? Side salads? Plain rice? Believe me, when I say NO. Vegan food can be actually super easy, quick, inexpensive, yet amazingly delicious and satisfying. Just try some of these amazing recipes and you will realise that it’s easy to be vegan. So let’s indulge in delicious vegan food!
