Beautiful, festive salads and sides, centrepiece worthy mains, simple dessert ideas and many more!
I know, I know, it’s almost too late to post a vegan Christmas menu 4 days before Christmas, but I was hoping that I’m not the only person here whose middle name is procrastination and who is probably not 100% sure yet what to eat on Christmas Eve. Or maybe there are some people, who have just heard that their effing vegan friend is actually coming over for Christmas dinner and have no idea what to make for them. But hey, if you are none of the above mentioned types, and you are one of those very well prepared, perfect type, then I guess here it is, your vegan Christmas menu for 2017….Either way, I hope you’ll find something delicious here and try out a few of these great recipes!

Happy Holidays, dear Anca 🙂
Don’t worry, Evi. Trust me, there are millions of people who still don’t know their Christmas menu. Besides, holidays aren’t just limited to Christmas – there are plenty of days during the holiday season when we all need some delicious stuff. And even though I’m not a vegan, I do like some ideas from your list which I might incorporate shortly. So thanks a lot:)
I thought it’s going to be the case here too, I mean that I can make lots of different holiday meals for a week, but apparently I made way too much food on the first day and we are still just eating the leftovers 😀
Everything looks so delicious! Thank you for including my Christmas Tree Cheese Platter!
