Just 3 ingredients but this milkshake tastes fantastic!
There is really not much to say about this recipe, it is amazing how simple things can taste. You just blender your frozen bananas with your plant milk and that’s it. Add a little cinnamon and it will tastes like autumn. I don’t know why, but cinnamon means autumn/winter for me.
One of the coolest things are definitely frozen bananas, they are so versatile. I love to use them in smoothies, shakes or milkshakes, great sweeteners and ice cubes, plus they make the drinks nicely thick. Then I love banana ice creams, I just put some frozen bananas in the blender and the best ice cream ever comes out.
So here comes the not really recipe:

Tsp as in tablespoon or teaspoon?

I used a teaspoon, but feel free to use less, if you’re not a huge cinnamon fan (or more, if you are 😉)

I really liked this recipe but I feel like I was wanting something different. This came out as an amazing banana bread smoothie super delicious but I was hoping for a plain banana milkshake. In my opinion, I wouldn’t add cinnamon, I would add an extra banana, a little ice for thickness, and a little less milk. I really want to stress I really enjoyed this but it just wasn’t a banana milkshake for me.

Hahahaha, I totally see what you mean. I grew up having banana milkshakes with cinnamon, so that’s why I called it like this.
But adding ice or extra bananas is definitely a good idea, to have a thicker drink 🙂
