Chia Flaxseed Crackers with Tomato

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of flax seed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 4 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp dried herbs (I used herbes de provence)
  • 1 cup of water
  • chili, salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and let stand for 15 minutes to thicken.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray/cookie sheet, and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Take it out and flip the whole cracker over. Peel off the baking paper of the crackers.
  3. Bake for an other 15-20 minutes until it is fully dry. Let the cracker cool, and break them into smaller pieces. Or score the dough with a knife before baking to get even size crackers. Enjoy!
