- 1 can of chickpeas
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 lemon
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup of dried tomatoes
- a handful of fresh basil
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- Rinse the chickpeas with cold water and squeeze the lemon.
- Place the juice and chickpeas in a food processor with all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. If too thick add more olive oil or a few tablespoons of water. Serve with olive oil and pine nuts on top. Enjoy!
