Maple Roasted Radishes

Maple Roasted Radishes are extremely delicious and simple! If you want to try a new way of eating radishes, this is the recipe for you.

Maple Roasted Radishes

There was a time I only ate radishes raw. It wouldn’t have changed if I didn’t see Sarah B.’s quick pickled radishes. I saw the recipe and had to try it that evening. It was so good, I realized radishes are way more interesting and versatile I’ve thought before. Since that I often cook and bake with radishes. One of my favorite way is this recipe. It is really quick to make, crunchy, sweet and savory at the same time. Great as an appetizer or side dish, or even better as a salad/on a salad. I love to eat it with some green leaves. And if you have any leftover just put them in a sandwich.
