Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 100g kale
  • 1 cup of cooked quinoa
  • 2/3 cup of black olives
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1 handful of pine nuts
  • 1/cup of vegan caesar dressing*


Instructions

  1. Prepare the kale by removing the stems and tearing them into small pieces. Add the leaves to a big bowl with the dressing and massage them together for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the quinoa, olives and roasted pine nuts and walnuts and mix everything well together. Enjoy!
