This vegan cream cheese recipe is so ridiculously simple, I’m not even sure if I can call it an actual recipe. All you need for this creamy goodness is soy yogurt, salt, and a cheesecloth….sounds easy, doesn’t it? This vegan cream cheese makes a great sandwich spread, it’s just perfect for dipping veggies or chips, or as a base for baked goods. Puttanesca is one of my favorite pasta sauces, mainly because it’s super simple and quick to make, yet it’s soooo flavorful. My vegan version of Puttanesca is made of tomatoes, olives, artichokes, capers, zucchini, mushrooms, fresh herbs, and a splash of white wine. You know it, I’m a sucker for all trendy foods. Since Poke bowls are super cool at the moment, I just couldn’t resist posting a recipe. This Hawaiian classic is fresh, healthy, and filling, and tastes absolutely amazing.
