Spicy Mango and Tahini Dressing

Spicy, sweet, savory and dense: this mango and tahini dressing is so very delicious! Just blend together every ingredient and pour over your veggies to make any simple salad taste amazing.

Spicy Mango and Tahini Dressing

This dressing is super satisfying. It is so easy to make but it really makes every salad delicious. It’s a great way to have a flavorful, rich, creamy, but guilt-free salad dressing. It’s also amazing as a dip (using less water) for your sweet potato fries or veggie sticks.

Spicy Mango and Tahini Dressing

I love to eat it with cabbage, kale, broccoli, brussels sprout or carrot salads, it’s also wonderful with quinoa, wheat berries, beans and rice, but it is just perfect with any greens you like, too. Use a lots of chili and pepper to make it extra spicy!

Tahini dressing is a bit of an obsession of mine… I can totally see how it would complement the Mango. Lovely!

I never had tahini!! Actually I don’t even know what it is. But I’ve seen it in so many recipes I think I’ll have to look it up sooner or later 😉
    For this dressing for example!

Oh, tahini is the very best thing ever! It’s a sesame paste, used for example for hummus. But it just makes anything and everything good 🙂

To be honest I’ve never tried to store them for longer than 1-2 days, but I guess they should be okay for 3-5 days in the fridge 😉
