Sweet Potato Salad with Quinoa and Pine Nuts
I eat very often quinoa salads. Let’s say 2-3-4 days a week for sure. It is just something I can make so easily, especially if I cook a bit more quinoa once a week, so I can just use it up the next days. I really love it warm, right after the quinoa is cooked or also cold, out of the fridge. Just an other soup recipe, I can’t help, all I wanna eat nowadays is soup. I think that one of the best ways to stay warm is to get a big bowl of hot soup.
