- 1.5 cups of finely chopped onions
- 1 cup of vegan mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1.5 tbsp curry powder
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- Sauté onions in a skillet over medium heat until translucent, about 5 minutes. Keep adding a few tablespoons of water while sautéing, so the onions don’t burn. Let cool.
- In a bowl whisk together sautéed onions, mayo, ketchup, vinegar, mustard, and curry powder, and season with salt and pepper. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
