For the oil-free version
- 2 cups of tightly packed kale
- 1/3 cup of toasted hazelnuts
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2–3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- salt, pepper
For the classic version
- 2 cups of tightly packed kale
- 1/3 cup of toasted hazelnuts
- 1/3 cup of olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2–3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- Place ingredients in a food processor, and blend until smooth (or still a bit chunky, if you prefer). Adjust consistency with water if needed. Enjoy!
