Ingredients

Scale

For the oil-free version

  • 2 cups of tightly packed kale
  • 1/3 cup of toasted hazelnuts
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 23 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • salt, pepper

For the classic version

  • 2 cups of tightly packed kale
  • 1/3 cup of toasted hazelnuts
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 23 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in a food processor, and blend until smooth (or still a bit chunky, if you prefer). Adjust consistency with water if needed. Enjoy!
