Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of finely shredded zucchini (peeled in my case)
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a small pot and cook for about 5-10 minutes. Don’t forget to stir sometimes. Add your toppings and serve warm. Enjoy!
