Avocado and Banana Pudding

You only need 4 ingredients for this delicious avocado and banana pudding. It is super easy to make, takes only 5-10 minutes to prepare and an hour to chill in the fridge. These pretty little green puddings will impress anybody!

Avocado and Banana Pudding

Everybody loves avocado pudding, I make it often too. I usually mix together an avocado with a banana and a bit of cacao powder to get the creamiest, richest chocolate pudding ever. It’s great to spoon out of a little bowl with fresh berries on top. But sometimes I wanna have something fancier. And something new. So I started to think how I could make my avocado pudding a bit more interesting….that’s how I came up with this recipe.

Avocado and Banana Pudding

If you are also a fan of avocado pudding I don’t have to explain you how good this avocado and banana pudding will taste. And if you’ve never tried it, please do so, it’s amazing! You can add cacao or cocoa to the mixture too, if you’d like to get a chocolate pudding. Or make it half-half and layer in the forms to make it the cutest little dessert ever.

May I ask where you buy agar agar? 🙂

Me too, avocado pudding is the best!
I buy agar agar in Alnatura, I think it’s just in Germany, a big bio super market. Or sometimes they don’t have it there so I order from Amazon. I use this brand: http://www.biovegan.de/bindemitte/bio-agarantar.html
I haven’t tried any other yet, but I like this one a lot. It’s cool that it comes in small packs, coz I don’t use it that often 😉
