This is a super refreshing and fun recipe for the summer time. These gin popsicles are perfectly sweet, light and so flavourful! They are also super easy to make and of course vegan. Plus they’re probably the coolest way to serve some booze to your friends….
I love gin. And I love refreshing gin cocktails. One of my favourite cocktails is a mango-basil-gin one, so it was no question I have to make the popsicle version of it for the summer time. And oh boy, it’s good! Probably even better than the cocktail….Gin popsicles FTW!!

Haha, definitely the nicest way of serving booze for your frinds – I gotta try that some time 😉 Looks great!
Thanks!
YUM!! This looks amazing! So refreshing and perf for a warm day! Love the color as well!
Thank you, Cailee 🙂
GIN POPSICLES! What a fun way to have a drink! I love gin too.. and mango and basil, but I think I’ll have to wait until summer to make these because we don’t have any mangoes at the moment.
Oh, don’t tell me! We actually never have mangoes here…of course I can buy them anytime in supermarkets, but they don’t grow here in Germany 🙁
BTW I think these popsicles would work fine with many exotic fruits or just simply with peaches or honey melone 😉
Actually that’s a great idea! Or frozen mango I can usually find too!
I couldn’t live without mangoes 🙁 I’m probably spoilt because we grow delicious ones in here in summer and it’s a mango fiesta every day haha!
I am so very jealous now, you can’t even imagine 😀
I even had to google now how a mango tree looks like, I’ve just realised I have never seen any before! You are so lucky!!★
Genius!!!! I can’t wait to make these! Thanks Evi. 🙂

Thank you, Marla! 🙂
