This cake is absolutely stunning! It’s sweet, delicate, gooey, rich, chocolaty, requires only 5 ingredients and as a bonus flourless, vegan, gluten-free and guilt-free.β€οΈ
I am totally in love with this recipe, it’s so simple to make (1 bowl recipe!), but the result is AMAZING! Seriously. It melts in your mouth like nothing else, i guarantee you can’t stop eating it. Crispy on the outside then creamy on the inside….and then I haven’t even started with the toppings: Berries, bananas, coconut whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, toasted coconut flakes, chocolate pudding…anything you like, they are all wonderful! You will love it. You’re very welcome!
Recipe slightly adapted from Feasting on Fruit.

So pretty! I like your adaptation, the apple puree makes for a more neutral flavor which means opportunities for all sorts of other flavor additions like coconut!!! I’m hooked on this flourless fruity cake thing π

Yes, of course! π

Hi Evi! How do you make apple puree? Thanks!
green evi says
I usually just buy it in supermarkets, but the homemade version is easy too. Just peel and slice the apples, and cook over low heat with a bit of water for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then just puree it. You can also sweeten the sauce with sugar or some kind of liquid sweetener, but I like to keep it plain π
